Motor Rewinder

Age: 25 - 45 years’ old
Salary: BND23 – BND 26 per day
Minimum qualification: Technical Diploma (in electrical machine repair)
Working hours: Office hours

Responsibility
1) Checks, repairs and replaces electrical accessories in a motor, troubleshoot wiring and electrical connection issues
2) Practice workplace safety procedures
3) Perform repair and maintenance on motors using machinery and power tools
4) Keep accurate record of data to ease identification of components and maintain regular report to avoid repeating mistakes of previous rewinder
5) Troubleshoot defective motors and determine the suitable components to replace
6) Find solutions to lower the chances of failure in the future.
7) Perform tests to ensure excellent quality and condition of the coil
8) Cleaning job in the workshop area

Requirement and Skills
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in motor winding, assembly methods and its use of instruments and materials
- Strong knowledge and proven skills in mechanical and electrical
- Able to work with hand tools frequently
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and research skills
- Must have experience in motor winding test
- Physically strong, fit and have high stamina
- Able to work with others and independently
