Working hours: Monday to Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm (1 hour lunch break) 1:00pm-5:00pm
Expectations:
• National Diploma, A level or equivalent
• Experience in Administrative matters is a plus
• Highly motivated person, in an independent environment
• Own Transport Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Job Description:
1. To handle documentations
2. To manage Phone Calls
3. To handling Invoice, PO and DO.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Words and MS PowerPoint
5. Support with Immigration Form Preparation for Foreign workers
6. Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time
Education Required: National Diploma
Age: 20 - 30 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 500 / Month
