Position: Office Assistance
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female
- At least 1 year experience in Sales & Administration field.
- GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent is preferred.
1) Must be able to communicate well in English and Malay. Can speak in Mandarin is an advantage.
2) Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
3) Key in invoices and return notes daily.
4) Prepare Statement of Accounts and chase payment every end of the month.
5) Assist in daily sales operation and able to work under pressure.
- Advising & serving customers.
- Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability.
- Handling customer complaints or handing customers on to management.
6) Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization.

Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 400 / Month
