Position: Office Assistance
Total Vacancy: 1 Male
Your duties will be performed primarily in Brunei although you may be required to travel elsewhere as required.
You might be assigned to work in other Company or an associated company as and required.
You are to report to the management and your direct supervisor will be the Administration Officer.
Role and Responsibility
As an Office Assistance, you are responsible to:
1. Prepare document or letter using typewriter or computer.
2. Responsible for the filing of all documentation and letter.
3. Responsible for the cleanliness of the office.
4. Responsible for maintaining the Company inventory.
5. Dispatch and delivery of document.
6. Admin office works e. g. printing, binding etc.
Education Required: GCE ´´A´´ Level
Age: 22 - 25 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 450 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
Insurance Coverage You will be covered by the Workman Compensation insurance as per Brunei legislation.
In addition, the Company will also be providing you with a 24 hours Personal Accident Insurance.
