Job Details:

Position: Office Assistance
Total Vacancy: 1 Female

Job Responsibilities:

o Undertake daily office work instructed by the management.
o Able to work proactively and independently on the given task and complete them soonest with little supervision.
o Provides logistical and administrative support for the Operations Manager.
o Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
o Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications.
o Completes requests by greeting customers or vendors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
o Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
o Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
o Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
o Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
o Assist with day to day operations of the Management functions and duties
o Provide clerical and administrative support for Human Resources activities
o Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
o Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
o Coordinate HR / Operation projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
o Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
o Communicate with public services when necessary
o Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
o Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
o Prepare employee agreement and ensure it being signed and filled properly.
o Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
o Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Supply Management, Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills, Professionalism, Confidentiality, Organization, Travel Logistics, Typing, Verbal Communication

Education Required: National Diploma
Age: 20 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 500 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
