• Must be a degree holder
• Must have good communication skills in English
• Must have at least 1 year working experience in office work
• General basic mathematical skills
• Able to Multitask
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office
• Handling incoming calls and other communications.
• Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information as needed.
• Managing filing system.
• Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
• Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
• Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
• Coordinating events as necessary.
• Assist other departments in tasks as needed.
• Maintaining supply inventory.
• Maintaining office equipment as needed.
• Aiding with client reception as needed.
• Any task from time to time
Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 18 - 35 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 400 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
