Job Description:
1. Must be proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Web Browser and Adobe Acrobat.
2. Must literate in English and Malay including read and write.
3. Reasonable communication and organization skills.
4. Reliable and professional with attendance and punctuality.
5. Able to work independently.
6. Handling of paper works, letters, emails and phone calls.
7. Assist to generate PO, DO, invoices and quotations.
8. Follow-up outstanding general matters with customers and suppliers.
9. Assist to prepare month end paper works required by accountant.
10. Preferably possess own transport.
11. Reporting to General Manager.
12. Fair knowledge in Information Technology will be added advantage.
13. Excel in Mathematics will be added advantage.

Basic Salary: B$ 500 / Month
