GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Female.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field.
• Must be familiar with Ministry of Health Quotation and Tender and other sector, i. e. Retail and/or Ministry of Defense/ Oil and Gas sector
• Excellent handwriting.
• Must have own transport.
• Attention to detail.
• Resilient and Proactive
• Perseverance
• Work diligently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our daily office activities.
• To assists in collecting tender and quotation from Ministry of Health, Ministry of Defense, etc. when needed.
• Assists in paperwork.
• Sourcing for General Goods & Services.
• Prepare and review quotes and tenders for oil and gas contracts and government tender and quotation prior to expiration.
• Be prepared to do things that are outside your scope of work.
