Position: Office Assistance
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female
- Proven experience in labour & immigration is necessary.
- Experienced in Admin and Clerical work
- Very good knowledge of MS Office especially MS Word and MS Excel
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Able to write and speak fluent English and Malay
- Preparing documents, submitting documents online and checking on the status of the document, and more, depending on the company and its needs.
- Perform work related errands as requested (send invoice, documents to clients).
- Possesses a valid driving license and own transport.
