We are a local micro IT company looking for suitable candidates to join our team.

Job Requirement and Responsibilities:

1. Must be proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Web Browser & Adobe Acrobat.
2. Must literate in English and Malay including read and write.
3. Reasonable communication and organization skills.
4. Reliable and professional with attendance and punctuality.
5. Able to work independently.
6. Handling of paper works, letters, emails and phone calls.
7. Assist to generate PO, DO, invoices and quotations.
8. Follow-up outstanding general matters with customers, suppliers & forwarders.
9. Assist to prepare month end paper works requiring by accountant.
10. Preferably possess own transport.
11. Reporting to General Manager.
12. Knowledge in Information Technology will be added advantage.
13. Minimum one (1) year related working experience.

Note: Shortlisted candidates are required to demonstrate assigned tasks by using MS Excel and Adobe Acrobat during the interview.

Possess Driving License
Salary range: BND 550 – BND 700
Employment Type: Full Time
