Job Details:

Position: Office Clerk
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female

Job Description:

- They are NOT limited to the list below;

1. To file and keep file updated Daily / weekly.
2. To answering calls, taking messages, learn basic company´s products and services. .
3. To assist and prepare quotation, delivery order and invoice.
4. To handle Company administrative work such as custom clearance with AiTi, Immigration, Labour department. So MUST have their own transportation.
5. To always keep superior officer updated once work given is completed. Dont sit around and do nothing.
6. To report to your reporting officer daily of the day´s activity.
7. To do further instructions (if any) given by the Superior officer.
8. To be flexible with time. Sometimes may required long hours preparing proposals and tenders.

Education Required: GCE ´´O´´ Level
Age: 18 - 30 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 500 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
