Job Details:

Position: Office Clerk
Total Vacancy: 1 Female

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in overall accounting matter and general administrative work
- Support and assist in overall accounts payables, accounts receivables, inventory and others sub ledger.
- Perform accounts data entry, preparation of ad hoc accounting report as and when required by superior
- Assist senior executives in liase with Admin submission of payment such as staff claims, petty cash reimbursement and supplier payment to ensure all supporting documents are properly approved.
- Assist senior executives in generating and submission of claim to end user either government or private sector.
- Any others ad hoc tasks as and when requested by superior.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least National Diploma in secretarial or accounting background
- Must fluent in English and Malay, Mandarin is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Knowledge if basic account is a must.


Education Required: National Diploma
Age: 20 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 650 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
