Position: Office Clerk

Job Description:

• Follow foreign workers documentation process ( Passport, Employment Pass, Insurance, Etc).
• Familiar with Immigration Regulations related to Foreign Workers Management.
• General Administrative Duties, Including copying, scanning, typing, filing, binding and handling copier machine.
• Maintain complete and local employee´s record.
• Answering or respond call & e-mail.
• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and forms. .
• Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
• Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
• Knowledge of Basic Accounting.
• Perform any other duties as when assigned.
• Computer literacy - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Work independently under minimum supervision
• Reliable and pleasant personality
• Able to work under pressure

Education Required: GCE ´´A´´ Level
Age: 23 - 30 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 600 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
