Position: Office Clerk

1) The post is for “clerk cum supervisor”
2) Task evolved around coordination and scheduling of office tasks & drivers
3) Working alone and in team environment
4) Only applicant with suitable qualification (see item 4 & 5) will be considered
5) Must have form BDTVEC Skill Certificate 3 in Information Technology or higher
6) Or HND or degree in administration degree or account
7) Post open to single female Brunei citizen, Brunei PR. and Malaysian
8) Experience in this field would be an advantage
9) Willing and able to go outstation – in group - as part of duty
10) Must have class 3 driving license.
11) Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, publisher, power point, able to use Gmail and Google drive.
12) Able to speak, read & write: English & Malay - knowledge of mandarin would be a bonus.
13) Able to multi task, multi role, work under pressure and within time limit
14) Salary is dependent on suitable of qualification, experience and interview
