Job Details:

Position: Office Clerk
Total Vacancy: 1 Female

PRINCIPLE DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Arrange & filing for every Purchase Order issued to supplier
• Received & record for every supplier’s invoices
• Verify on cost & selling price
• Supplier’s invoice data entry in WinCom system
• Issue payment voucher as instructed, including expenses claim
• Ensure the payment for supplier is on time
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• High school education with some working experience in similar field
• Has flexibility to adjust expected task and schedule
• Basic business administration knowledge
• Attention to details
• Good interpersonal skill

Education Required: GCE ´´A´´ Level
Age: 23 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 400 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
