Position: Office Clerk
Total Vacancy: 2 Female

Job Description:

● To Follow Foreign Workers Documentation Process ( Passport, Employment Pass, Insurance, Etc).
● General Administrative Duties, Including Typing, Filing, Binding And Photostating.
● Maintain Complete And Local Employee´s Record.
● Answering Or Respond Call & E-mail.
● Perform General Duties, Including Copying, Scanning, And Proper Filing.
● Preparation Of Quotation, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoices, Inventory Records, Administrative Letters.
● Managing Documents, Forms & Maintain Good Filing System.
● To Perform Clerical Duties Such As Sorting & Filing The Documents.
● Perform Any Other Duties As When Assigned.
● Daily Cash, Cheque Banking & Reconciliation.
● Honesty, Sincere And Respectful.
● Preferably Candidates That Have Own Vehicle.

Age: 25 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 350 / Month
Allowances: B$ 50
Employment Type: Full Time
Benefit: 6 Working Days, Preferred Working Hours Can Be Considered
