Position: Office Clerk

Job Description:
• At least 1 year experience in Sales & Administration field.
• Education: GCE ‘A’ Level or equivalent is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate well in English and Malay.
• Can speak in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Carry out daily administrative duties and daily sales operation.
• Act as a Sales Personnel when taking Customer’s order via email, telephone or face to face inquiries.
• Arranging goods and plan vehicle routes before sending out the goods.
• Distribute correspondence memos, letters and forms to respective clients.
• Maintain supplies of inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies and verifying receipt of supplies.
• Prepare Statement of Accounts and chase payment every end of the month.
• Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization.
Education Required: GCE ´´A´´ Level
Age: 20 - 28 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 400 / Month
