Position: Office Clerk
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female
• Process company receipts, sales invoices, and payments from customers and suppliers.
• Monitor accounts payable, following up on outstanding balances when required.
• Process employee wages and expense claims.
• Handle insurance claims.
• Interact with customers by phone and email.
• Proficient in letter writing and correspondence Checking of Magazine Returns.
• Meet and greet visiting clients.
• Carry out clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, composing correspondence, and recording minutes at meetings.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (i. e. Excel, Word, Power Point).
• At least 1-year experience in Office Admin work.
• Preferably with accounts background.
• Fluent in English.
