Position: Operation Manager

â€¢ As the manager of a food and beverage outlet, responsible for all activities involved with day to day operations, such as food inventory, sales goals, customer service, food quality checks, professionalism, employee conduct, financial activities, building maintenance, financial activities, and marketing.
â€¢ You will also be responsible for building client relationships with the community and ensuring the success of the business by providing high-quality food that draws in new customers and retains current customers.
â€¢ As the manager, you will be required to oversee and coach all employees regarding conduct, professionalism, job requirements, and scheduling.
â€¢ The typical workday for a manager in the food and beverage industry can range anywhere from early in the morning to past midnight, depending on the shift being worked.
â€¢ Due to the responsibilities tied to this position, a bachelorâ€™s degree or equivalent is required, as well as having at least fivers years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
â€¢ Prior management experience is not required, as long as your prior involvement in the food and beverage industry has provided the proper knowledge and understanding of how daily operations are conducted.
â€¢ Monitor compliance with standardized portion size and presentation, as well as health, fire, and food safety regulations.
â€¢ Manage, track, and control budget and quality, including addressing customer concerns.
â€¢ Order and receive deliveries and track food and equipment inventories.
â€¢ Assign and schedule workers to handle food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Education Required: Master´´s Degree (Master´´s) or equivalent
Age: 40 - 50 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 200 / Month
