Job Scopes:
To deliver volume target and market in-store sales fundamentals
To deliver operation KPI, processes and controls.
To lead and train organizations to deliver company objectives
To implement the right processes and practice across the organization
Formulating strategy, procuring material and resources and securing compliance
Ready and able to mentor team members
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
Manage budgets and forecasts
Manage relationships with key operations vendors
Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees
Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree
Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
Excellent communication skills
Leadership ability
Having a loyal and good attitude
