Job Responsibility :
Identifies and handles customer enquiries completely and accurately regarding Products and Marketing Plan.
Answer incoming calls for any enquiries.
Resolves customers´ complaint and problem to the satisfaction of the customer.
Maintain good relationship with customers.
Handle all Sales Processing matters such as Documentation, Collecting payment, Issuing goods, Daily Sales Record and etc.
