Position: PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Total Vacancy: 1 Female

Job Requirements:

1. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
2. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
3. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
4. Impeccable written and oral communication skills. Fluent in Malay and English
5. Has Graphic Designs background
6. Has Driving License and own a transport
7. Has time flexibility

Job Description:

1. Can assist the executive administrative staff and help improve productivity.
2. Responsible for running business errands, maintaining ongoing business files, working with the administrative team to set up the company conference room for important meetings and assisting with creating outgoing correspondence.
3. Can work well in a fast-paced environment.
4. Responsible in handling company social media outlet such as Instagram, Facebook, etc.
5. Skills in Graphic Design required.


Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 30 - 40 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 300 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
