Job Description:

• In charge of the baking aspect of kitchens and restaurants, delivering cakes, breads and any bread based components to meals.
• Pastry chefs work with a team of bakers and cooks to prepare, bake and decorate their food, and must keep their team organized, stocked and motivated
• In charge of creating new and i
ovative breads and desserts.
• Knowledge of ingredients and how to use them in a creative way.
• Know how to work with knives, icing bags and other precision tools and must have excellent technique when cutting and preparing food.
• Hand-eye coordination is needed.

Education Required: Pre National Diploma (PND) or equivalent (SC1, SC2, SC3)
Age: 23 - 33 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 400 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
