Job Description:

• Responsible for answering phone, email and web enquiries about our services.
• Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints; and may require analysis of situations to determine best use of resources.
• Serves as liaison between the customer and the counterparts as well as other internal departments.
• Provides pricing and other pertinent information about our services, and ensures that centre visits are scheduled for potential customers
• Sets up and maintains the leads records, prepares reports and performs work processing assignments and related administrative duties.

Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 25 - 50 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 500 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
