Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide strictly private and confidential personal assistant role to the Chief Executive Officer.
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administration service to the Chief Executive across the range of his/her work.
- Responsible to perform and organize daily administration duties to CEO.
- Responsible to organize and advise travel arrangement for CEO.
- Responsible in maintaining and updating daily incoming documentation/correspondences/reports/records from divisions/departments for CEO´s reference.
- Responsible in co-ordination of office filing system-keeping all files in an orderly manner and maintain filing system accordingly.
- Responsible in compiling of reports from managers for CEO´s review.
- Reminding CEO and all the managers on the upcoming important meetings or events.
- Responsible to maintain office procedure manual accordingly.
- Responsible in preparation of agendas and minutes for all meetings chaired by CEO.
- Assisting in tender preparation as and when required.
- Additional tasks that will arrange by CEO.
- To draft speeches, Article, Briefing and project proposals as requested by the CEO.
- To facilitate meetings, schedule debriefing meetings so follow up action can be implemented. Also by arranging refreshments, seating and taking minutes if required.
- Ability to work under pressure to agreed with the deadlines and adapt to change.
- Ability to pay high attention to detail to ensure that high quality work leaves the organization.
- Ability to work in a flexible manner.
- Out of hours as required.
- Education Required: Minimum Higher National Diploma or equivalent to candidates with at least 2 years working experience in secretarial duties.
- Language : Able to speak in Malay, English and Chinese
- Written : Able to write in Malay and English
- Age: 25 - 40 years old
- Possess valid driving license.
- Basic Salary + Allowance: B$ 1, 000
- Employment Type: Full Time
