1. Organising meetings and appointments - access to the manager/executive
2. Job will require PA to use their own transport (car) for the role.
3. Acting as a first point of contact - with correspondence and phone calls.
4. Drop off/Pick-up executive to appointed location.
5. typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
6. liaising with staffs and clients.
7. miscellaneous task to support executive.
8. conducting research.
Job offer: 3 months probational contract.
1. Atleast O´level´, experienced in P. A. is an advantage.
2. Flexibility and adaptability.
3. Discretion and trustworthiness - dealing with confidential information.
4. English speaking is preferable (Malay/Chinese is an advantage).
5. Must have a driving license (Class 3).
6. Own car (no transport problem).
7. The ability to be proactive.
