Job Details:
Position: Plant Manager
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female
Responsibilities and Duties:
Ø Provide administrative support to all other members of the company including employees and management.
Ø Overall coordination and logistics support for all corporate financial functions.
Ø Assist the Business Department in preparing statements and/or account summaries for major clients (monthly, quarterly, annual or as required for special orders).
Ø Assist the Accounting Department with the logistics and financial planning of corporate participation in industry conventions, trade show exhibits and related promotional activities.
Ø Assist the HR Department in controlling all staff employment records, including training summaries, occupational health/safety and other HR related matters.
Ø Assist the General Affairs Department in building security and janitorial service for facility cleaning.
Ø Participate in other tasks may be assigned by the Managing Director.
Qualifications:
Ø Completion of post secondary education (preferably university) in business administration or related discipline.
Ø At least three years of progressive supervisory/managerial experience in business administration (or related discipline) for the pharmaceutical and/or nutraceutical industries.
Ø Excellent communication skills and a familiarity with electronic presentation/report formats (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Ø Excellent interpersonal/employee relationship skills – including conflict resolution.
Ø Excellent time management and project organizational skills.
Ø Advanced knowledge/understanding of International business and marketing.
Ø A working knowledge of the regulatory requirements of foreign jurisdictions (such as the US, EU, and Asian Pacific such as Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, China, Korea, and Hong Kong).
Ø A working knowledge of GMP and PIC/S regulatory issues for manufacturing/packaging of pharmaceutical/ nutraceutical products would be considered an asset.
Age: 35 - 50 years old
