Job Details:
Position: Post-Paid Channel Support and Reporting Coordinator
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female
Job Accountabilities:
1. Prepare all periodic reports and ensure the reports are kept in a proper and confidential manner in relation to post-paid channel
2. Calculate and circulate monthly targets for channel partners
3. Prepare dealer commission reports and coordinate with finance department to ensure timely payment
4. Prepare and submit daily report on activation, collection and report to all stake holders
5. Report any deviation from SOP to supervisors
6. Provide timely support to dealers for all system related issues
7. Review Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, ready for payments and administrative duties
8. Ensure all documents completed and filed properly
9. Analyse dealer performance and report the findings
Experience and Qualifications Required:
1. At least 1 year of experience in retail or relevant areas
2. Computer literate and good proficiency in Microsoft applications (excel, word)
3. Good data entry, reporting and coordinating skills
4. Good verbal and written communication skills
5. Must be self-motivated
6. Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
7. Good time management and organizing skills
8. Good attention to detail and follow-through
9. Good interpersonal skills as a team player
10. Possesses pleasant personality
Education Required: GCE ´´O´´ Level
Age: 25 - 30 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 150 / Month
Allowances: B$ 115
