Position: Procurement Assistant
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female
1. Good skills with MS office, particularly with MS Excel.
2. Written & spoken English communication skills.
3. Good clerical skills.
4. Cooperative and willing to adapt the working conditions.
5. Should be able to spend additional time (if required) to complete the daily tasks.
6. Working experience with procurement department is an advantage.
7. Minimum 2 to 3 years of similar experience is preferred.
SCOPE OF WORK
1. Receipt of PR from divisions Registering in master RFQ / PR data sheet.
2. Preparation of PO based on finalized quote.
3. Sending out the PO to vendors Updating the master RFQ / PR data base with the PO details.
4. Advance payment follow up Arrangement of logistics (transportation, freight & clearing).
5. Updating the RFQ / PR master sheet with the delivery status.
6. Distributing PO copy to accounts and line departments.
7. Monitoring the delivery of items under the POs issued.
Age: 23 - 45 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 800 / Month
