Position: Product & Training Executive

Successful candidates will be working as main technical contact person in the company and to perform task as describe below:
1. Provide technical support to the after sales service operation:
- Review and diagnosis car problem
- Provide and propose solution
- Communicate with manufacturer for further technical support whenever necessary
- Write and send report to the manufacturer for any product quality and technical issues
- Conduct investigation and prepare a report for any customer’s complaint related to technical and repair quality
- To assesses the knowledge and skills for all workshop technical staff
- Prepare and plan the training requirement
- Conduct technical training to the workshop staff
- Monitor the training progress of the technical staff
- Review all the service and recall campaign published by the manufacturer.
- Identify the needs of purchasing tools required for the campaign.
- Understand the method requires for the campaign and to brief the mechanics on the necessary method.
- Represent the company for any technically related matters
- Degree/diploma in Mechanical/Automotive engineering. Experience:
- In depth experience in automotive technical diagnostics
- Technically sound in vehicle mechanical, electrical and network bus system (European brand)
- Experience in working as country technical advisor/manager
- Good level of communication and writing in English (for technical reporting)
- Experience in working directly under any automotive manufacturer’s technical department would be an added advantage
Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
Age: 30 - 40 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 3, 000 / Month
