Position: Production Executive (Bakery)
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female
• Overseeing the operation of Bakery Department.
• Generating new product ideas and recipes.
• Modifying and improving existing recipes.
• Mixes, kneads and shapes dough for bread.
• Preparing the ingredient and to bake the required number of yields for different product types such as breads and pastries, and to innovate through product development.
• Lead and train bakers and assistant bakers.
• Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.
• Must be highly skilled and experienced in a bakery and pastry production.
• With knowledge in breads, pastries cakes and other baked products.
• At least 5 years work experience as a Team Leader and Supervisor.
Education Required: Higher National Certificate (HNC) or equivalent
Age: 25 - 45 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 800 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
