On behalf of one of our client´s a reputable real estate and their currently in need of a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.
Your knowledge & qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in project management within construction
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings
Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions
Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
A team player with strong leadership and management abilities
Advanced English knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Driver license B category
Your job:
Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
Supervise the work of laborers and give them guidance when needed
Manage costs in order to meet budget
Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
