About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Property and Facilities Assistant to support the management and maintenance of our buildings and facilities. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach to ensuring a safe and well-maintained working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the property.
- Monitor and coordinate facility services such as cleaning, security, and maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Support health and safety compliance, ensuring all procedures and regulations are followed.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers as needed.
- Keep records of maintenance activities and facility-related expenses.
Key Requirements :
Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair (optional)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
A proactive approach with a willingness to take initiative.
