Job Responsibilities:
• Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective deals.
• Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
• Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
• Coordinating with the delivery team, monitor receipts of orders and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
• Inventory check
Job Requirements:
• Open strictly to Brunei citizen or Brunei permanent resident only
• Minimum GCE O level education level
• Preferably with minimum one year similar working experience. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Good written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in English and Malay
• Great organizational and planning skills.
• Positive working attitudes and able to start immediately
• Able to work under pressure and overtime when required
• Able to work in a team with minimal supervision
