Purchasing Officer

PURCHASING OFFICER
Responsibilities
- Working closely with Finance Manager and Workshop Manager.
- Research potential vendors.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Review quality of purchased products.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices in system.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate with workshop team to ensure proper storage.

Requirement
- HND or higher in related field.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience as a Purchasing officer or similar role.
- Knowledge in purchasing spare parts will be added advantage.
