Job Description:
A Quality Control Officer responsible to uphold the standards of products and services within the company. This entails inspecting products for defects, ensuring adherence to established processes, and guaranteeing that the final products meet customer expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing quality control techniques, procedures and guidelines to improve overall product quality, consistency and reliability.
- Oversees audits and leads investigations related to product quality, determining the cause of problem and implementing solutions.
- Identify products defects or potential issues and determine on resolve issue.
- Perform regular assessments on all incoming and outgoing products.
- Reviewing specifications and technical documents to understand quality requirements, tolerances and acceptance criteria for products.
- Performing visual inspections, measurements, and tests to verify product dimensions, appearance and functionality.
- Train and guide staff on quality control standards, procedures, and techniques to enhance overall product quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as cooperate with other departments if needed.
- Maintain inspection documentation.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Design, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in a quality assurance role.
- Knowledgeable and must understand the basic concepts of quality control principles, methods, and systems.
- Possesses good analytical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills and effective interpersonal communication.
