Position: Quantity Surveyor
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female

Job Description:

• Minimum 7 years related experience.
• Prepare cost estimates, tender document, quantity take off & costing;
• Assist in the implementation of Quality Procedures and Work Instructions;
• Visit sites to verify construction progress;
• Prepare claims & variations, prepare bill of materials for contracts;
• Prepare, submit and follow up the progress claim of the project based on the payment schedule prepared.

Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 30 - 45 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 500 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
