Position: RECEPTIONIST CUM GENERAL CLERK

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
• Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face.
• Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
• Provide information to callers
• Greet persons entering organization
• Direct persons to correct destination
• Deal with queries from the public and customers
• Organize documents for driver to dispatch to branches
• Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
• Up-keep and maintain catalog issuance records
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries
• Make local and oversea calls when directed
• Fax documents and distribute faxes received
• Tidy and maintain the reception area
• Any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• High school education with some working experience in similar field
• Pleasant and good customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
Education Required: GCE ´´A´´ Level
Age: 23 - 28 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 450 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
