Job Description:
As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the property buying, selling, and leasing processes. You will leverage your market knowledge and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth and successful real estate experience for them.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities as well as legal requirements.
• Conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers and tenants.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends and regulations in Brunei including the property buying process.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales role.
• Strong knowledge of the Brunei real estate market and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with little supervision.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate (preferred).
