Position: Research Executive
Total Vacancy: 2 Male/Female
â€¢ You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and administering market research projects.
â€¢ You will collect and analyse data to create useful information for presentation to the Consultants and Project Management Team.
â€¢ The information you provide helps them to make informed political, social and economic decisions.
â€¢ You will specialise in either quantitative or qualitative research.
â€¢ Interpret and analyse data, market metrics and intelligence, write and prepare reports and make actionable recommendations
â€¢ Assist in ensuring that all insights, including research and evaluation projects fit and inform the overall business strategy
â€¢ Coordinate and gather customer insights across key project areas on an organization wide
â€¢ Compile market overviews, competitor profiles and competitor activity mapping to support the development of go-to-market strategies.
â€¢ Better understand the culture, behaviour and patterns of the locals in each market
â€¢ Generate audience profile groups
â€¢ Understand the prevailing dominant communications platforms / media channels in each market.
â€¢ Actively sourcing for new, verified data and report sources.
â€¢ Support BD and Delivery Team by providing research materials and information for their use in decks and strategies.
â€¢ Bachelorâ€™s Degree in any related discipline
â€¢ Min 1-2 years relevant market research or consulting experience
â€¢ Ability to use search tools and platforms to conduct desk research.
â€¢ Ability to plan and execute field research.
â€¢ Ability to plan and execute interviews.
â€¢ Ability to plan and collect usable data from all research methods.
â€¢ Familiarity in using data analysis and visualisation tools.
â€¢ Proficient in MS Office and PowerPoint, or other similar productivity tools.
â€¢ Ability to articulate your thoughts and ideas well Familiar with common data sources like Statista, Bloomberg, WorldBank etc.
â€¢ Strong Analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions and recommendations from data
â€¢ Strong organisational and time management skills.
â€¢ Attention to detail, able to work independently and take initiative.
â€¢ Ability to explain complex technical material to nontechnical audiences.
â€¢ Able to communicate effectively between team members and product managers.
â€¢ Excellent problem solver. Highly motivated self-starter.
â€¢ Communicate well in English.
Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 22 - 40 years old
