This position is catered for candidates who wish to be trained in Food and Beverage segment with or without relevant experience to prepare them for Management role in managing a restaurant
Training Program in place for the incumbent:
-Building candidate´s capability from entry-level to managerial Restaurant Manager lever with skills such as budget planning, manpower rostering, customer engaging, multi-tasking, negotiation, leadership and many more
-Participate in planning and execution of managing restaurant day to day operation with guidance
-Inculcate excellent customer service mind set as well as understanding of Company Service standard and procedures
-Be the representation of Restaurant and Brand
-Prefer someone who is energetic, self-motivated with a passion for service and able to smile under pressure
-Candidate must posses at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor´s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, of any field
-Computer Literate and Interpersonal
-Able to perform day or night shift and work on weekends, and Public Holidays
-5 Full Time Positions available
