Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Input Quotations into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
2. Maintains historical records and filing of quotations.
3. Follow up on Quotations and respond to inquiries.
4. Assist in setting up meetings & appointments.
5. Updating Client Lists.
6. Assists in Company Registrations.
7. Provide copy services and other clerical works for the Sales team.
8. Answer phones in a courteous manner & Record messages accurately.
9. Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
10. Assists the Sales Team with their tasks.


1. Age 25+.
2. Female/Male Applicants.
3. Speaks Basic English.
4. Knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database & word processing.
5. Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports.
6. Ability to use computer and rapidly input data and retrieve records and information.
7. Ability to organize work load and to manage a filing method.
8. Ability to manage time appropriately.
9. Good Communication skills
10. Neat, organised, punctual and systematic
11. Must have class 3 driving licence.
12. Salary is based on experience.
13. Living in and around KB for convenience as our office is based in KB.
14. Position open for January 2020.
