Position: SENIOR TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST

Job Description:

• Provide coverage and support for network operations as directed by supervisor.
• Configure network devices.
• Provide technical support and trouble-shooting to network infrastructure.
• Document issues, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Determine severity of issues and prioritize resolution.
• Assist in developing internal documentation to support new features and procedures for product enhancement.
• Provide management and administrative support of network infrastructure; including training and orientation for staff and administrations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Post Graduate Degree in a network or computer related field or equivalent working experience.
• Completion of industrial certifications related to network device management, configuration and design.
• A working knowledge of the current Enterprise Network Devices and Microsoft Technology.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Brunei citizen or Permanent Residence is preferred.

Age: 25 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 2, 500 / Month
