Requirements
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the field of mechanical completion in large EPC.
• Service-oriented behavior and service-oriented appearance.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good English skills (CEFR B1/B2).
Responsibilities & Main Tasks.
• Maintaining and identify the scope of project milestones.
• Managed the punch list and ensure the priorities are deal with.
• Train the site team in the project-specific construction completion management process and workflow.
• Setup, manage and operate the construction completion management system, including interfaces, e. g. with engineering system and project scheduling.
• Support site management and project management with reports.
• Coordinate completion activities according to priorities together with the site management.
• Prepare completion dossier and coordinate approval with client.
