Position: SOUS CHEF

• Essentially, the Sous Chef is responsible for planning and directing food preparation in kitchens.
• This involves a large degree of supervising other kitchen staff, as well as keeping an eye out for problems that arise in the kitchen and seizing control of a situation at a moment´s notice.
• In many ways, a sous chef acts as an assistant to the head chef.
• Unlike some other kitchen workers, however, the duties of a sous chef do not end with food preparation.
• Some sous chefs, for instance, may be responsible for supervising the kitchen staff while the head chef attends to more pressing matters.
Education Required: GCE ´´A´´ Level
Age: 30 - 40 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 550 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
