Sales Assistant

We are looking for matures, passionate, self-motivated and eager to learn individuals to join our growing team. Those with experience are an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Friendly personality, able to give the best customer service to both customers and vendors.
- Be knowledgeable about each products sold by the shop, proactively learn about new products being sold.
- Ensure the shop´s social media; Facebook and Instagram are always updated. Answer questions through Messenger and Direct Message respectively in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Take nice and pleasant looking photos to be uploaded both to social media accounts.
- Ensure cleanliness of the shop. Basic responsibilities such as sweeping the floor, mopping and wiping are expected to be done every day.
- Always propose to the Management of the next promotion campaign for the shop. All final decisions are to be discussed and made with the knowledge of the Management.
- To assist the Management create and prepare all marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, banners, etc) for customers and vendors.
