Position: Sales Executive
Total Vacancy: 3 Male/Female
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in their industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
• Planning, developing and implementing effective sales communication campaigns.
• Coordinate and lead core sales and marketing efforts.
• Establish predicted goals and monitor progress. Promote initial follow-ups for sales prospects of the service/product.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Coordinate with administrative and operation departments.
• Good handling and preparation of sales status reports in MS‐Office Word, Excel etc.
• Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions.
• Travels to meet clients and attend conferences, trade shows, industry events, and seminars.
• Adheres to and implements company policies and procedures.
• Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines or services, analyzing business development and monitor market trends.
• Drive to meet the company daily/monthly/annually sales target and have a proper sales report.
1. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Sales Fundamental.
2. BSc/BA in Sales and Marketing or any relevant field.
3. Excellent in: Presentation Skills, Client Relationship, Emphasizing Excellence, High Energy Level, Negotiation and Prospecting Skills Sales Planning, Time Management
4. Strong analytical abilities, influencing skills and an excellent command of written and spoken English.
5. Highly skilled in the art of conversation, choosing words and cadence wisely.
6. Easily adapts to changing conditions and challenges.
7. Self-discipline, working with full motivation and independent.
8. Driven, willing to learn and keen interest in automobile detailing industry.
9. Have driving license, No transport problem
Benefit: Can generate up to 5 figure, clean income per month, depending on the KPI & sales target.
