Job description as below:
- Supporting the Sales team with customer service.
- Help and give advice to customers on company´s product.
- Be able to advise and make suggestions on all company´s product lines.
- Help customers make their decisions and complete the sales.
- Confidently approach customers in a friendly manner and use your outgoing personality to build rapport instantly.
- Organizing customer deliveries ensuring they are completed correctly and efficiently.
- Work closely with colleagues ensuring we offer every customer a special in-store experience, helping them to find products to suit their needs
- Daily care of the furniture department including cleaning and ensuring promotional material is correct and up to date.
- Providing support in other areas of the business when needed.
- Responsible, Presentable, Cheerful, Active and Friendly.
- Able to quickly build a good rapport with customers.
- Able to be confident with dealing with high value products and sales.
- Able to use your own initiative.
- Retail experience is preferred but not essential.
- Must be able to work overtime when required. (Selected Holiday, Sales Period, Etc)
- Must be Fluent in English and Malay.
- Must have own transport.
- Must be outgoing and confident person, able to cope with pressure
- Responsible, Polite, Punctual and Hardworking individual.
- Prefer to work without any excuse and reason.
