Initiating, expanding and cultivating relationships with high priority accounts and key decision makers on the phone, per email, and in person.
Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations according to their specification.
Organise and coordinate the relevant departments, eg. Production, Marketing, to deliver the client’s request.
Liaise and negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with vendors, buyers and managers.
Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints, maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
Create detailed proposal documents according to specific requirements and presenting proposals to the management, sponsors or clients, or for tenders.
Issuing invoices and collecting payments in a timely manner, and creating comprehensive and readable financial reports to present to the management or clients.
Review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
Prepare data and sales reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information.
Have their own car and is able to drive to meet clients.
Excellent customer service and sales skills, with the ability to connect and gain trust quickly.
Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Independent and able to solve problems with minimal supervision.
