Job Summary
• Sales Manager is responsible for supervising and organizing the sales team; in charge of managing organization sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals and coordinating with Marketing on lead generation.
• Tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales target and facilitate the training for the sales team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense control
• Meeting planned sales goals
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
• Developing the sames team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education
• Promoting the organization and products
• Understanding /Identifying target audience and how they relate to our products
• Managing the sales process
• Maintaining and managing all sales related activities
Qualification and Skills
• Bachelor´s Degree in Business or related field
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
• Experience in customer relationship management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Dedication to providing great customer service
• Ability to lead a sales team
Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 35 - 45 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 3, 000 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
